Refund Policy

Because our coaching is personalized and we dedicate time and resources to each client from the moment they join, we use the following refund conditions.

1. Digital / online service nature

Our services are provided online and include customized training and nutrition guidance, as well as ongoing support and follow‑up.
By purchasing a plan, you agree that the service begins as soon as we start your assessment and/or create your plan.

2. Monthly subscriptions

All monthly subscriptions are paid in advance for the upcoming period.
Once the month has started and your plan or follow‑up has begun, payments are generally non‑refundable.

3. Cancellation of renewal

You may cancel the next month at any time by contacting us before your renewal date.
If you cancel after the renewal has been processed, your subscription will end at the end of the current paid period.

4. Exceptional circumstances

Refunds (full or partial) may be considered only in specific cases, such as:

  • Serious illness or medical condition that makes it impossible to continue.
  • Other exceptional situations, evaluated individually by our team.

In these cases, we may offer:

  • A partial refund, or
  • A credit to use your remaining coaching at a later date.

5. Dissatisfaction with results

We cannot guarantee specific results, because they depend on individual factors such as consistency, nutrition, sleep, stress, and following the plan.
For this reason, lack of expected results alone is not a valid reason for a refund.

6. No‑show / lack of communication

If you stop answering messages, miss check‑ins, or do not use the service, payments are still non‑refundable for the active period.
You are responsible for communicating with us and using the coaching support available.
